Who we are

TCG & Tabletop Printworks is operated by Josh Swanson, trading as "TCG & Tabletop Printworks", a sole trader based at 16 Cotherstone Court, Sunderland, SR3 1NJ, United Kingdom. Contact us at customerservice@tcgprintworks.co.uk.

By ordering from this site, you agree to these terms.

Orders and contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy - we accept that offer, and a contract is formed, once we send you an order confirmation email after payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example if an item turns out to be out of stock, mispriced due to an error, or we suspect fraud) - if that happens, we'll notify you and refund any payment taken in full.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£). We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate, but if we discover a genuine pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before proceeding to give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling. Payment is taken securely via Stripe at checkout - we never see or store your full card details.

Delivery

We ship UK orders via Royal Mail, with your choice of 2nd Class, 1st Class, or (for higher-value orders) Special Delivery at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our FAQ & Shipping page - these are estimates, not guarantees, once your order has left us and is in Royal Mail's hands. International orders are available on request - get in touch before ordering.

Custom playtest printing is handmade to order and takes longer than our standard stock items - current turnaround times are on the playtest printing page.

Your right to cancel, and returns

As a UK consumer, you have a legal right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Full details on how this applies to trading cards, sealed product, and custom/personalised playtest prints - which, as made-to-order items, are exempt from the standard cancellation right unless faulty - are in our Returns Policy, along with our card condition grading criteria.

Playtest / proxy printing

Playtest cards are intended for casual play only and are not tournament legal. Every card we print uses our own custom card back rather than a copy of any official card back, so a playtest card can't be mistaken for or passed off as a genuine one. We don't reproduce or claim any rights over the underlying card names, text, or artwork - those remain the property of their respective rights holders (e.g. Wizards of the Coast, The Pokémon Company). This service exists to let players test decks cheaply before buying the real cards, not to produce counterfeits.

Loyalty points, store credit & promo codes

Loyalty points and store credit have no cash value, aren't transferable, and can't be exchanged for cash. We may amend or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time, though any points or credit you've already earned will remain valid for existing use. Promo codes are subject to any conditions stated at the time they're issued, and we may withdraw or refuse a code we believe is being misused.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't legally be excluded. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays outside our reasonable control (such as postal delays).

Complaints

If something's gone wrong, contact us first at customerservice@tcgprintworks.co.uk so we can put it right. If we can't resolve things directly, UK consumers can use the Citizens Advice consumer service for free, impartial advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you're a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
